Halle Berry's Oscar history momment

Halle Berry and Denzel Washington reign the Oscars 2002 winning both in Best Leading Actress and Best Leading Actor. Berry won for her performance in Monster's Ball playing a wife of a death row inmate. Berry was making history that night by being the first African-American Female to win in the category and 2nd to be nominated. Berry states, "so much bigger than me" and "the door had been open" for actresses of color.
